Customers have 14 calendar days after receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return; you can:-

• OR you can simply fill in the Return & Refund request form which you can find on this page. 

How long does the Return and Refund process takes?

Once your request is received, Noomy will respond to your kind request within a period of 2-3 working days. 

Afterwards; one of Noomy Team members will call you and explain the return process and ask for your instapay, or wallet number such as; orange cash, vodafone cash,etc., to transfer the refund after receiving the returned product into our stores.

Who will manage the return shipment? 

Noomy will manage to return the product with the same courier company which delivered the product to your kind self at the the first time.

Who will pay for the return shipment?

The cost of returning the shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and defects

30 calendar days: If the product is defective or does not match the purchased specifications, i.e., wrong model or different color; the return period is extended to 30 days with the customer entitled to:

• A full refund.
• Or; A replacement.

Kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
